BHM department of Texas College of Management & IT conducted a “Fine Dining Training Program” for MBA students with guest of honor Mr.Saigrace Pokharel(story-teller), Ms.Srita Adhikari(story-narrator), and Mr.Almoda Uprety(singer).
This program was organized to build confidence in areas as;
- dining etiquette in formal situations
- principles of food & beverage with nutritional aspects
- infer the value of dining habits
- model the proper use of utensils and glassware
- learning the flow of different courses in a meal
- gaining a perspective of table manners and socially desired behaviors in a professional setting
This program was designed to showcase various aspects of dining etiquette essential for building social relations. It also showed how dining etiquette can impact our daily lives and lead to growth and network development as well.
