Semester Orientation was conducted with a short Panel Discussion Session for newly admitted students in BIT, BCS, and BCA. Different resource persons from various fields were present to put up their words, experiences, and messages to the freshers. Dr.Pawan Kumar Sharma, Geneses(CTO), Rajan Dahal, Softech Foundation(CEO), Pradeep Nepal, NB Bank(Head of IT), and Anil Basnet, Metro Tarkari(CEO) were the panelists for Panel Discussion.
The panelists spoke about the past experiences they faced during their primary period, the growth of IT and cyber security in the Nepali market, centralization and decentralization of IT in the banking sector, and the growth of e-commerce. The discussion session was followed by queries from students.
