Semesters VII and VIII of the BHM program are entirely dedicated to industrial training — 8 credits of hands-on hotel experience plus a 4-credit written report. TCMIT places students at both national 5-star hotels in Kathmandu and international partners across the UAE, Thailand, and Kuwait.

Texas College of Management and IT (TCMIT), located at Siphal, Chabahil, Kathmandu, is a sister unit of the Texas International Education Network (established 2010). The college runs BBA and MBA (with 100% success results), BIT, BCS (Cyber Security and Network Technology), BHM, MCS, and MBA in Hospitality Management.
One of the major global partners is Lincoln University College, in affiliation with which TCMIT has designed internationally accredited courses with credit transfer facilities. Texas was founded by a dedicated group of academicians and entrepreneurs to meet Nepal’s rising demand for qualified, skilled manpower in Science, Technology, Management, Hotel Management, and Humanities.
